Passionate about combining his extensive technology background with his knowledge of the nonprofit sector\, he is an expert in helping organizations to measure\, monitor and report on how their activities affect our communities. \nSpeaker: Gillian Kerr\, Ph.D.\, C.Psych.\,President Emeritus – Logical Outcomes\nDr. Gillian Kerr is a Canadian psychologist who consults with organizations\, mostly nonprofits and the public sector\, to improve their effectiveness. Most of her projects relate to policy analysis\, evaluation\, process improvement\, performance measurement and the use of knowledge and information. Gillian has assisted dozens of organizations in the public\, private and non-profit sectors to develop evaluation frameworks\, logic models and/or performance monitoring systems. She is developing an open source evaluation framework builder based on thousands of validated survey questions that exports to configuration files for Socialsuite and other survey platforms.
