e-Essential Skills Series

Kick off 2023 with some serious learning! We are offering two sessions of our  e-Essential Skills Series course, which gives professionals ten weeks of foundational knowledge of evaluation practices and how to implement them in your projects. Our e-ESS course is facilitated by experienced evaluators, and includes assignments with thoughtful feedback and a chance to connect with other emerging evaluators.

Format: weekly self-paced readings and assignments; office hours with facilitators
Key learning: in-demand evaluation tools such as Logic Models and Theories of Change; basic evaluation timelines, structures, and expectations

Feminist Principles in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning

‌Feminist Principles in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning returns in 2023! This three-hour workshop with Anna Du Vent of OXFAM Canada examines how evaluators can bring a more inclusive and equitable lens to their practice. With key insights from global projects, du Vent asks evaluators to imagine ways of deepening and broadening their understanding of how gender affects program evaluation, and to design more feminist evaluations at every stage.
