Call for Volunteers

The CES Ontario Professional Development Committee (PDC) is currently seeking three volunteers to take on committee activities in 2023 and beyond. The PDC is an active committee, responsible for developing the chapter's annual workshop calendar, creating relationships with facilitators and evaluation experts, and marketing and promoting our PD offerings.

Volunteers are expected to attend one committee meeting each month, with occasional work between meetings. They are supported by the PDC Chairs and the chapter's administrative coordinator.

If you're interested in joining this committee, please email Kaitlyn at admin@evaluationontario.ca

C2023 Proposal Guidelines

‌ C2023 Logo

The 2023 CES Conference Organizing Committee announces that it will publish guidelines for the preparation of proposals for workshops, papers and thematic breakfasts on November 30.

These guidelines will emphasize the importance of linking proposals to the theme and sub-themes of the conference, clarify expectations around cultural appropriation, outline expectations around the topic of the natural environment, identify the process for filing out a proposal as well as the information required and the assessment criteria for each type of proposal.

You will have from November 30 to December 7 to discuss your draft proposals with your colleagues since the period for submitting proposals as such will then open, until January 23. Other important dates marking the preparation for the conference are published on the website.

Looking forward to reading you!

Anna Guèye CE and Jean Serge Quesnel CE FCES
Co-chairs of the 2023 Conference
