e-Essential Skills Series

Feminist Principles in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning
Date: September 29

Format: Three hours of interactive presentation
What you'll learn: Oxfam is an international agency working with evaluation partners around the world. In this fast-paced workshop, you'll learn how to embed seven progressive evaluation principles into your work, and hear directly from global project partners.

Designing Interactive Dashboards Using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Dates: October 4 + 6
Facilitators: Shelley Engelman and Tom Withee
Format: Two 1.5 hour interactive workshops
What you'll learn: How to present large amounts of data in interactive, accessible, and visually appealing ways by constructing Excel and Google Sheets dashboards.

Rapid Impact Evaluation
Dates: October 18, 20, 22, 25, 27, 29
Facilitator: Andy Rowe
Format: Three three-hour interactive presentations; three two-hour optional learning labs
What you'll learn: Andy Rowe is the originator of Rapid Impact Evaluation, a cost-effective and non-intrusive program evaluation methodology. RIE triangulates perspectives of three separate groups of experts, and uses developmental and formative evaluation as well as summative.
