About the Facilitator:

Faten Hassaan, MSc is a published healthcare author, strategist, and Quality Improvement (QI) advisor.

For nearly twenty years, she has helped healthcare leaders improve system operations by leveraging data to drive high performance.

As the founder of Quality Improvement for Health Care Inc. qi4h.com, Faten specializes in data-driven approaches that drive large-scale system transformation while building organizational capacity, bridging frontline realities with executive mandates, and navigating stakeholder resistance.

Her extensive background, ranging from strategic system mapping to analyzing complex data patterns to identify anomalies, underpins her upcoming book Transforming Community Healthcare, Through Data Excellence, which comprises chapters on data accessibility and persuasive narrative structures.

Faten holds a master’s degree in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety, alongside Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP certifications. She is dedicated to empowering evaluators and healthcare professionals to move past dense reporting to deliver credible insights that drive real systemic change.
