CES-ON Refund/ Credit Policy
Procedures
Participants who wish to cancel their registration prior to the event start date will be refunded at 90% of purchase price to cover administrative expenses.
If the event is rescheduled by CES-ON, participants are entitled to a 100% refund if they can no longer attend the new dates. CES-ON will reach out to all participants to confirm participation at the time of rescheduling.
Participants may also transfer their registration to another person for no cost.
No refunds or transfers are possible after an event has begun.
In the case of illness or emergencies, please contact the chapter.
