We have supported evaluation in multiple sectors and roles; working internally and externally to lead the strategic design, implementation, and evaluation of large and small systems and programs. Although we are experts in evaluation approaches, instrument development, and ongoing monitoring, we recognize that organizations and the people they work with are experts of their lives, work, and contexts.
