About the Learning Event:

Achievement of the UN Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals is impacted by the uncertainties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, conflicts, climate change, and social and environmental injustices. Influential evaluation is considered a key component to evidence-informed policy and decision-making; therefore, it is of utmost importance in the contexts of fragility, conflict, violence (FCV) and humanitarian crises. The presentation will focus on an overview of working in fragile and crisis settings, focusing on the role monitoring and evaluation plays, and share strategies on how to design, conduct, manage, and use evaluation in FCV contexts.
